Payment and Billing1. What modes of payment do you accept? We accept Debit and Credit Cards for Visa/MasterCard/AMEX, NetBanking, UPI, Tez, and Cash On Delivery. For personalized orders, we take a Rs.100 making charge(non-refundable) in advance through Debit and Credit Cards for Visa/MasterCard/AMEX, NetBanking, UPI and the balance amount on delivery. For international orders, we only accept credit card payments, which are processed in Indian National Rupees (INR). Grievance How to contact the Grievance Officer? Shipping & Handling1. When will my order ship? Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days (ie Monday – Friday). For orders within Delhi, we process and ship orders within 48 hours. Some orders, such as customized/personalized orders, or pre-order items, may take longer. We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately. If you'd like to request a specific delivery time, please email us at support@heeriye.in or call/whatsapp us at 9310786535. Once an order is shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes to your order. 2. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to selected countries. Please click here to view our International Order policies. If you can't see your country in the list, then please call/whatsappus at 9310786535 and we will provide you with shipping rates and transit times. 3. Through what carrier do you ship? We use Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Speedpost for all domestic pincodes and domestic shipping is free for orders above Rs. 1000. You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with a Tracking Number. You will also be notified when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. Please click here to track your shipment using tracking number or your order number. 4. Will someone call me before delivering the shipment? While we cannot provide any guarantees on behalf of third party logistics firms, we will send you an email and SMS when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. We will also constantly follow up on your behalf with the logistics firms towards ensuring that your item is delivered to you at the earliest. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you are facing any issues with the receipt of your parcel.

Returns, Cancellations and Exchange1. I'd like to return something I bought. What's the procedure? No worries at all! We understand you may change your mind every now and then (with so many bubbles around us, it happens to us all the time!) We are happy to offer a 15-day, no-questions-asked return policy (with online refunds for online payments and store credit for COD payments) for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached. The only exception is for personalized pieces or SALE items, which unfortunately are final sale only. Please allow for two weeks from the time that you send the parcel, for us to process your refund. Your return shipping charges will be free if you choose to use our logistics partners. I'd like to cancel something I'd bought: We can only accept requests for cancellations before an order is dispatched. Once an order is dispatched and you would like to cancel it, please call/whatsapp us at 9310786535 or email us at support@heeriye 2. Can I exchange an item with another one on your website? Currently, we are not able to process any exchanges. If you'd like a replacement for the same item, please email us at support@heeriye or whatsapp/call us at 9310786535 3. I want something that's sold out! What should I do? You can simply click on the "Notify Me" button and fill in your contact details. If we're able to restock that item, you'll be sure to get a call or email from us! 4. How will I know if you've received my return package? Once you send us your parcel, please allow for two weeks for your package to arrive and for us to process your refund. 5. How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
